These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CliniqPro ("Software", "Platform"), a B2B Clinic Management Software developed, owned, and maintained by Pixelology Labs ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you ("User", "Clinic", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

CliniqPro is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist medical practitioners and clinics with practice management, including appointment booking, patient queue management, electronic medical records (EMR), pharmacy stock tracking, billing, and automated reminders.

2. Account Registration & Security

To use CliniqPro, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and staff accounts.
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
Be fully responsible for all activities, patient records entered, and transactions processed under your account.

3. Subscription Fees, Billing, & Renewal

The platform is billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated or required by law. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in temporary suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

4. Clinical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

CliniqPro is a practice management tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The responsibility for clinical decisions, drug dispensing, and patient care rests solely with the registered medical practitioners. We make no warranties that the Software is error-free, and we shall not be held liable for any clinical outcomes, data entry mistakes, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the patient data, clinical records, and billing information you enter into the Platform. Pixelology Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, its source code, design, features, and branding.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have access until the end of your billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities that threaten the security or integrity of our systems.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi, Kerala.
